Christmas Recipes: Walnut Cassata and Chocolate

Among the Christmas recipes can not miss a delicious dessert to close with a golden key this great celebration. Here, we offer you an easy to prepare, elegant and tasty recipe . You will need:
Cream

850ml fresh cream
1 can condensed milk
1 cup (tea) ground walnuts
2 colh. (Soup) of rum
2 cups of dried fruits or syrup to taste (cherries, apricots, plums)

Beat the fresh cream to the point of whipped cream and add the other ingredients, mixing them gently.

Roof

350g half bitter chocolate
1 can of sour cream with the serum
150ml of fresh cream
1 cup of cocoa liquor
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Melt the chocolate with the cream in a water bath or microwave. Whisk the fresh cream to the point of whipped cream, mix to the chocolate and add the other ingredients gently mixing.

Assembly

Line a no. 30 baking dish, high, with butterscotch paper (bottom and sides), place all the cream and top the cover. Cover with foil and take to the freezer overnight. Unbake and decorate to taste with fruit and whipped cream.
